Provides expert advisory and consulting services that accelerate business performance by improving project management, customer success, and operational effectiveness with practical, timely, and cost-effective solutions. Creates and obtains executive buy-in on an IT roadmap that fixes broken systems and implements new systems. Hires, coaches, and mentors team members at all levels from VPs to junior staff. Proven track record in a variety of leadership roles – from heading customer success organizations and managing programs/projects, to client engagement and IT service management. His experience spans startups, mid-market, and Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries.
